Q1. How do I know you can fix my computer?
A. I have over 40 years experience working in the IT and networking support fields for many large corporate firms in London and have spent the last 15 of them supporting families at their homes and on site for small to medium size business's. I am now offering my skills, experience and knowledge to all UK (I only speak English) residents.
Q2. How long will it take to solve my problems?
A. With a wealth of experience and knowledge I can resolve most computer problems within an hour. Some problems only take 15 minutes and some need 30. I will advise how long the work should take once we are in contact.
Q3. How much will is cost me if you can't fix it?
A. NOTHING! . I do not charge if there is a problem which I cannot be resolve. I give 100% FULL refunds in such a case.
Q4. Will you see all my files and pictures?
A. My services are private and confidential. I NEVER copy data or details from any computer as that would be immoral in my view. Your privacy is respected at all times.

Q6. How do I pay for your help?
A. You can purchase a time block that fits your budget from the shop page after we have discussed the issues and agreed on a time.
